Divora Technologies ("Divora", "we", "us", or "our") is a sole proprietorship founded by Himansh Sharma with its principal place of business in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit divoratechnologies.com or engage our services.
This Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") of India.
1. Information we collect

- Application data submitted through the Careers page — resume, work history, LinkedIn/portfolio links.
- Project data shared during an engagement — technical documentation, cloud account metadata (only as needed to deliver services).

We process your personal data for the following lawful purposes:

3. Legal basis for processing
We rely on your consent for contact-form and marketing communications, on the performance of a contract for client work, on legitimate interests for website security and analytics, and on legal obligation where required by Indian law.

- Trusted sub-processors that help us operate our business (e.g., email, hosting, analytics providers) under written data-processing terms.

5. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or to comply with statutory retention requirements. Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months; application data for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion; client project data as agreed in the master services agreement.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege IAM, logging, and periodic security reviews. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
7. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of your personal data being processed and the processing activities;
- Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data;
- Withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- Grievance redressal through our contact details below;
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
